Terms
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms apply to merchants who use Railvo during its closed pilot. By signing in to Railvo you accept them. Railvo is provided by Mitil (“we”); contact info@mitil.ai.
What Railvo does
Railvo is software. It creates payment requests and checkout pages for Lightning, bitcoin, bank transfer and card. It watches the provider accounts you connect for incoming payments, matches each payment to its request, keeps a ledger of what you received and notifies your systems through webhooks. If you turn conversion on, it sells received bitcoin for euro on your exchange account.
Your money stays with your providers
Railvo never holds, receives or sends your money. Customers pay straight into the accounts you connect, at providers you choose and under your own agreements with them; their terms, fees and limits apply to those accounts. Give Railvo API keys without permission to withdraw. Your providers’ statements are the authoritative record of your money; Railvo’s ledger helps you follow and reconcile it.
Conversion
If you turn conversion on, Railvo places orders on your exchange account within the limits you set. Prices move, orders can fill partly or not at all, and exchanges set minimum order sizes, so Railvo can’t promise a rate or a time. Every order is placed for you, on your account.
Sandbox and test payments
The sandbox is for testing. It moves no real money, and its data may be reset. During the pilot, card payments run in Checkout.com’s test environment, so they move no real money even outside the sandbox.
Your responsibilities
- Use Railvo lawfully and within your providers’ rules, and give accurate information about yourself and your business.
- Keep your sign-in, your API keys and your systems secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- You are responsible for what you sell, for your customers, refunds and taxes, and for keeping the records your business needs.
- Check Railvo’s records against your providers’ statements, and tell us about anything that doesn’t match.
Fees
Railvo is free during the pilot. Your providers charge their own fees.
Availability
Railvo is a pilot. Features will change, and the service may be interrupted or stopped. We’ll tell you in advance when we can, and at least 14 days before the pilot ends, unless security or the law requires us to act sooner.
Liability
Railvo is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We aren’t liable for losses caused by your providers, by blockchains or payment networks, or by settings you choose, nor for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Suspension and closing
You can stop using Railvo at any time: disconnect your providers and ask us to close your account. We may suspend your access to protect you, your customers or Railvo, or if you break these terms. After an account closes, its records are kept as the privacy notice describes.
Changes to these terms
We’ll publish changes here and email you at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Railvo after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t accept them, you can close your account.
Law
These terms are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic decide disputes. If you use Railvo as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law where you live still apply.
